When you want to check the order status:

If you want to cancel your order:
Please note that you cannot cancel some products or products that have been shipped. For details, please see the notation based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Law.
When you want only items in stock to be shipped first:
Items ordered together will be shipped in order from the items in stock.
Can I change the delivery address?
We do not accept any change in the shipping address once the order is completed.
When you want to specify the delivery date:
It is not possible to specify the arrival date. (Especially in case of back-order, the delivery date may be uncertain.) If the customer is absent when the product is delivered, a delivery absence notice will be posted on the post. If you cannot receive the item, please check "Redelivery Notification" written there and inform your desired delivery day.
If you do not receive your luggage:
Please check the inquiry slip number in the automatic delivery email of the shipping completion notification and contact the shipping company.
When you want to return or exchange:
Except for initial defects, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer circumstances.
Please refer to the example below.
・Products that have passed more than 8 days since they arrived
・Products that the customer has used once
・Products that are damaged or soiled by the customer
・Products processed and repaired by the customer
・When accessories such as the product box, tags, and instructions are dirty, damaged, or lost.
In addition, we will not be able to respond if the product is returned without prior notice.
Return shipping charges
In case of defective products such as initial defects, we will bear the shipping cost.

The order confirmation email is automatically sent. There is a possibility that the domain has been specified or the email address registered is incorrect. When using WEB mail, it may also be classified as junk mail depending on your mailer settings. You can check your order history by logging in> Order history.
